Have you ever walked . . . . all alone . . . . in the depths . . . . . of a scary maze . . . all alone . . . . but knowing that each rustle of the corn  . . . . really means you are not alone! Once you've entered . . . . there's no turning back . . . . . and there's no guarantee . . . . that you'll find your way out!!

Haunted Corn Maze at Camp FontanelleHaunted houses provide great fun and frights each Halloween season, however a scary corn maze raises the thrills to a whole new level. Visit Camp Fontanelle's scary maze from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm Fridays, October 23rd and 30th and Saturday, October 24th. Maze and activities are open to the public on weekends during maze season. Groups can make reservations outside of regular hours.

Camp Fontanelle's maze is located 2 miles south of Highway 91 at Fontanelle about 15 miles west of Blair. The 9 acre maze takes approximately 45 min. - 1 hour to solve the long part and 10-20 minutes for the short part during the day with a map. Imagine the fun you'll have solving the maze at night! Bring a flashlight and extra batteries. There is safety in numbers. The scary maze may not be appropriate for smaller children or those easily scared though there will be a "dark only" portion in the short maze with no spooks  that may be better for the younger crowd. Great for a date, at dusk a free outdoor movie will also be shown on our big screen on scary nights. Bring your own lawn chair and s'mores and sit around a campfire while watching the movie.

Make time to search 1 acre of free will donation pumpkins and gourds. (Boxes are around the patch for donations, come any time) Pass ports and scavenger hunts make the maze interactive. From 2 pm to 6 pm on weekends, laser tag and zip lines are also available for a fee.   Hay rack rides are approximately every ½ hour during daylight hours. Visit the petting barn or cook on a free campfire. A bouncy house is also available for the little ones. A 65' x 31' jumping pillow will delight kids of all ages. Admission is $8 (age 12 and over) and $6 (ages 3-11). Groups may make reservations.  Regular corn maze hours of operation are  10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sundays starting the 3rd Sunday in September through last weekend in October. Groups may make reservations through the "pumpkin patch & corn maze" link to visit outside of regular operating hours. Many concession stand items are only $1, and concessions are available only during regular operating hours and scary nights. Cash or check or credit for admission, concessions, pumpkin donations, laser tag, and zip lines.
