I am a recent transplant to Nebraska from Upstate NY but I have a lifelong history with the Methodist Church and Methodist Camping. I attended Aldersgate Camp and Retreat Center in NY as a camper and then became a staff member during college. Aldersgate is where I began a real relationship with Jesus that wasn’t based on a list of rules and trying to be “good enough”. I have worked at camp as a counselor, a program coordinator, and in the office. I also love helping with the curriculum for Bible Study each summer because I have a Master’s Degree in Education and taught middle school math for 5 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Ryan and I have 4 children, a daughter and three sons, who range in age from 5 to 15. We love soccer, mini golf, being outdoors, and playing board games. I am so excited to join the amazing full-time staff here at Camp Fontanelle.
